Unit Histories
Unit histories can be a great way to get a general idea of what different photography units experienced. Oftentimes typed month-by-month, they can provide great anecdotes and information on an organization.
With photographers split into teams to cover different divisions, many of the Army's Signal Photo Companies published newsletters to keep the photo teams in touch. Find their stories, updates, and photos from the frontlines.
While many photo units no longer have existing personnel rosters, we have dug through to try and piece some together through references and photo credits.
Please note that not all rosters are 100% complete, and may be missing some veterans.
